1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Email us about your return claim in 24 hours of product received by you on customerservice@vogue-4u.com otherwise no claim will be entertained.
- Returned within 7 days of receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as those marked as final sale or custom-made products, are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at customercare@vogue-4u.com to request a return authorization with in 24 hours of product received.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method and share tracking number.
- Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account for inside country and 45 days for any international country.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. As all products are imported cannot be exchanged once sold.
6. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are charged by shipping company and is non-refundable.
